The B.C. Centre for Innovation and Clean Energy (CICE) accepted applications for its 2023 Open Call for Innovation from Jan 16 – Feb 10, 2023. Companies selected for funding will be notified by June 1, 2023.
CICE is funding the development, commercialization and scaling of made-in-B.C. clean energy technologies to accelerate the world towards a net-zero carbon future. We are ready to fast-track a diverse portfolio of solutions with high impact potential in:
- Low carbon hydrogen
- Renewable natural gas
- Battery technology and energy storage
- Carbon management
- Bioenergy, biofuels and synthetic fuels
Our goal of this open call is to grant up to $6 million in non-dilutive funding to advance game-changing solutions that are at a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) between 4-9.
