Funding the smartest and most impactful ways to accelerate decarbonization

With $105M raised through public and private member partnerships and grants, we provide non-dilutive funding to advance high-impact technologies and solutions that are at a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) between 4-9.

CICE’s mission is to advance the world towards a net-zero carbon future. We work closely with our members and B.C.’s brightest innovators, leading corporations, academic institutions, policy makers, investment groups and Indigenous communities to identify the smartest and most impactful ways to accelerate decarbonization.

We use this information to generate a clear business case and action plan for uncovering clean energy solutions. In the next phase, we work to activate British Columbia’s clean energy community by providing funding that can be leveraged, mobilizing early adopters and scaling up for global export.
